Vendor Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

These Vendor Terms and Conditions (“Vendor Agreement”) govern the relationship between WLD Store (“Platform”, “we”, “us”) and all registered sellers/vendors (“Vendor”, “Seller”) operating on the WLD Store marketplace at wldstore.com. By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

1. Vendor Registration & Eligibility

To become a vendor on WLD Store, you must:
– Be at least 18 years of age
– Provide accurate and complete business information
– Submit valid identity and business verification documents upon request
– Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
– Not have been previously banned or suspended from WLD Store

2. Product Listings

Vendors are responsible for:
– Providing accurate, truthful, and complete product descriptions
– Using genuine, high-quality product images
– Setting fair and competitive pricing
– Maintaining accurate inventory levels
– Ensuring all listed products comply with applicable laws and platform policies
– Not listing prohibited, counterfeit, or infringing products

3. Order Fulfillment

Vendors must:
– Process and dispatch orders within the stated handling time (maximum 3 business days)
– Provide valid tracking information for all shipments
– Maintain an order fulfillment rate of at least 95%
– Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
– Handle returns and refunds in accordance with WLD Store's Return Policy

4. Prohibited Products

The following products are strictly prohibited on WLD Store:
– Illegal, counterfeit, or trademark-infringing items
– Weapons, ammunition, or hazardous materials
– Alcohol, tobacco, or controlled substances
– Adult/obscene content
– Products that violate consumer safety standards
– Stolen goods or items without proper authorization to sell

5. Commission & Fees

WLD Store charges a commission on each completed sale. Commission rates vary by product category and are communicated during the vendor onboarding process. WLD Store reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days advance notice to vendors.

6. Payments & Withdrawals

Vendor earnings are held in the vendor wallet and subject to a standard holding period after order completion to account for potential refunds and disputes. Vendors may request withdrawals based on the minimum threshold and payment schedule specified in the vendor dashboard. WLD Store processes payments via bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or other supported methods.

7. Vendor Performance Standards

Vendors must maintain:
– Customer satisfaction rating of at least 4.0/5.0
– Order defect rate below 2%
– Late dispatch rate below 5%
– Response rate above 90%

Failure to meet performance standards may result in listing suspension or account termination.

8. Dispute Resolution

In cases of customer complaints or disputes, WLD Store will mediate between the vendor and customer. Vendors agree to cooperate fully in dispute resolution processes. WLD Store's decision in disputes is final.

9. Intellectual Property

Vendors must have the legal right to sell all listed products and must not use unauthorized trademarks, copyrighted images, or proprietary content. Any violation may result in immediate listing removal and account suspension.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

WLD Store reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for:
– Violation of these terms
– Repeated customer complaints
– Fraudulent activities
– Providing false information
– Non-compliance with platform policies

11. Amendments

WLD Store may update these Vendor Terms periodically. Vendors will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
