WLD Store ships to customers across Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and the United States, as well as selected international destinations. Available shipping zones and carriers may vary by location.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Pakistan (Domestic): 2–5 business days
Saudi Arabia: 5–10 business days
United States: 7–14 business days
International: 10–21 business days (depending on destination and carrier)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or peak seasons.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. WLD Store may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may carry an additional handling fee.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our My Account section or directly on the carrier's website.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available in select areas within Pakistan. COD orders must be confirmed via phone or SMS before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel COD orders that cannot be confirmed. A COD handling fee may apply.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. WLD Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos and your order number at support@wldstore.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
9. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. WLD Store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address corrections after dispatch may incur additional fees.
