WLD Store is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted on our multi-vendor marketplace.
You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if:
– The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories
– The item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or significantly different from the product description
– The wrong item was delivered
The following items are not eligible for return:
– Perishable goods, food, or consumables
– Personal hygiene or intimate products that have been opened
– Digital products, software licenses, or downloadable content once accessed
– Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
– Items that have been used, washed, or altered
To start a return:
1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders
2. Select the order and click “Return/Refund Request”
3. Provide your reason and supporting photos
4. Submit your request
Alternatively, email us at support@wldstore.com with your order number and reason within the return window.
For defective, damaged, or wrong items — WLD Store will cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned via a tracked shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Refund options include:
– Original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.)
– WLD Store wallet credit for faster processing
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Partial refunds may be issued for:
– Items returned in a condition different from when received
– Items with missing components or accessories
– Items not in original packaging
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items where the same product is available. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange.
Individual vendors on WLD Store may have additional return policies that are more restrictive or accommodating. Please review the vendor’s specific return policy on their store page. WLD Store’s policy serves as the minimum standard.
WLD Store reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations. Accounts involved in fraudulent return activity may be suspended.
