How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Select your payment method and complete your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
What payment methods do you accept?
WLD Store accepts Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Stripe, and Cash on Delivery (COD) in eligible areas within Pakistan.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if not yet processed. Contact us immediately at support@wldstore.com with your order number.
How do I track my order?
Log in to your account and visit the My Account section. You will also receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship to Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and the United States, along with selected international destinations. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic orders within Pakistan typically arrive in 2–5 business days. International deliveries take 7–21 business days depending on location.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available in select areas within Pakistan. A COD handling fee may apply.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
How do I request a refund?
Contact our support team at support@wldstore.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

How do I become a vendor on WLD Store?
Visit our Vendor Onboarding page to register as a seller. Our team will review your application and guide you through the setup process.
What commission does WLD Store charge?
